ILCA 4 & 6
High-performance coaching for ambitious sailors. Build the foundations. Develop your racing. Perform when it matters.
The programme
A structured autumn development programme for ambitious ILCA 4 and ILCA 6 sailors, connecting technical foundations with race-ready execution.
Across seven camps, the focus develops from core technique and boat handling through pressure skills, starting, tactical positioning and race strategy. The final blocks turn event learning into a practical winter training plan.
